The MediaWiki software that powers WikiStates has a feature called interwiki linking. This feature was originally intended to allow linking to pages on other wikis using the standard wikilink format, but it works equally well for linking to message board threads and other pages with names that follow a predictable pattern. Several such links have been created for websites that are of particular interest to NationStates players:
