Shazbotdom syndrome

Shazbotdom syndrome, more commonly known as Shaz syndrome or simply Shaz's, is a condition of roleplayers in NationStates, characterized primarily by compulsive attempts to deceive the (already pretty fail) XML feed. These urges are manifested through creation of puppet accounts (or simply imaginary puppets, which may or may not be documented, but most cases with Shazbotdom syndrome do in fact document these puppets), calling them "colonies" or "protectorates" or other synonymical terms, and grafting their aggregate population and economical statistics to the parent account's data.
However, symptoms of the condition are in no way exclusive to the manipulation of gameplay, and may also include purely roleplayed 'puppets'. Often identified as Tibonorrhea, documented cases[factuality questioned] have also been noted feature a tendency towards the ridiculously lolperfect. Tibonorrhea, otherwise known as the Extremely Annoying Killer, causes the afflicted to create numerous puppet nations in numerous regions, despite whether the region is actively roleplayed or not. After establishing these puppet "sores", the afflicted will reach out and establish alliances with everyone near the "sores", deceiving them into not noticing the cancer around them.
It is seen by those with a brain to be epic fail, as well as grounds for an IGNORE as it is in essence cheating to inflate ones population, and much lulz is had at the expense of these poor, afflicted souls by the heartless bastards of the Internet.
