The Ruccola Airports Authority Limited (abbreviated as RAA) (Italian: Autorità di Aeroporti Ruccoliana, Chinese: 菜華機場管理局, abbreviated as 機管局) is the owner and operator of twenty-six airports in Ruccola, making it one of the largest transport companies in the country.
The RAA's primary sources of revenue are airport charges levied from airlines, retail licences, advertising income and the franchising of airside support services. The corporation does not operate all Ruccolian airports; many are in the ownership of local authorities or other corporations. In addition, the Ruccola Airports Authority was once a constituent of the RSX 50 Index but is now owned by the governments of Ruccola, Van Luxemburg and Lyras.

History
The RAA was established with the passing of the Airport Authority Act in 1968, to take responsibility for five state-owned airports - Arugula Merluza Airport, Arugula Sagardo Airport, Porto Verde International Airport, Scalogno International Airport and Chasiupoli International Airport. Over the following two decades, the authority acquired responsibility for Timsuano International Airport, Somuisa International Airport, Montaglio International Airport and nineteen other airports.
Privatisation
On 15 August 1983, the Ruccola Airports Authority became the first Ruccolian government-owned statutory corporation to privatise, marking the formal start of the Ruccolian government's initiative to reduce its interests in various public utilities. Prior to its listing on the Borsa Ruccoliana, the RAA was wholly owned by the Government of Ruccola. The offering involved the sale of approximately one billion shares, and the company rapidly gained the largest shareholder base of any company listed in Ruccola. With the expansion of Fireta's responsibilities to the management of domestic assets in 1987, the Ruccolian government transferred its holdings of the authority to the sovereign wealth fund, and in February 1997, the Ruccola Airports Authority was added to the RSX 50 Index.
Lyran investment
In September 2009, the Lyran Governmental Trade Department concluded an agreement with the corporation to buy out its minority shareholders, taking it private and delisting the RAA from the Borsa Ruccoliana. As a result, apart from Fireta's majority ownership of the company, the Government of Lyras is now the only other shareholder, with a 45% stake in the authority.
