The 4th Oxen Cup hoped to have 16 teams compete, but only eleven teams accepted the invitation. All 16 eliminated teams from World Cup 37 were invited to participate. The format of the tourney was 2 groups of 4 and 1 group of 3. Double round-robin for the group of 3, single round-robin for the 2 groups of 4. Top team in each group advanced directly to the semis, while 2nd place teams in Groups A & B will have a playoff for the final spot. There will be Draws in the first round of play.

The semis will be a 4-team round robin as well, but under Must-win (so ET and PK) rules.

Only Goals scored in regulation or Extra Time are counted as Goals Scored or Allowed. Teams in Green Advanced to the Final group, Teams in Orange advanced to the Playoff.
