The Oceanic Defense Coalition, more commonly referred to as ODECON or the Coalition, is an intergovernmental military and economic pact founded on the tenets of the ODECON Charter. The organization, based out of Osterwieck, Leistung, is comprised of twenty-three nations which pledge to defend one another from external threats and internal strife, uphold the principles of democracy, and further the cause of human rights.
