Gholgoth is a continent lying to the west of Haven and to the east of Tyrrhenia. While many Gothic countries are NATO members, it is not universal, and Gothic states regard themselves as a diverse group.
There are a variety of governments with Gholgoth, including psychotic dictatorships, modern democracies and religious hegemonies.
History
The origins of Gholgoth can be traced back to the first Blood Pact, between Automagfreek, Pantera, and Tersanctus. The Blood Pact established an eternal brotherhood, not bound by treaty or other legal document, but rather by the blood of themselves and their peoples. The idea created such a strong and enduring alliance that after years of success, preparation for a new blood pact were made. The organization known only as "the Ministry" created a secret brotherhood of nations, with the intention of influencing international relations. The first to join included all the original members of the first blood pact, who were joined by Crimmond, Sketch, and the Drakonian Imperium. Eventually some of these nations would claim the continent of Gholgoth as their own and the pact would formally solidify its power taking the name of their territorial claim as their own.
