Champion class destroyer
From WikiStates
The Champion-class destroyer is a budget-restricted guided missile destroyer of the Navy of the Questarian Subcontinent as well as various foreign navies. It is no longer in service but is still exported as a 'budget destroyer.' The Champion is cheap and serves all purposes. It will remain in Seylonian service for at least another ten to fifteen years.

History
During their last procurement phase, the Royal Seylonian Navy procured a number of Champion class domestically designed (although produced in Questarian yards) destroyers. The history behind these vessels can be found within the Seylonian Treasury. Government revenues were quickly drying up as the colony's rubber exports began to drop. This coincided with the necessity to re-procure new ships for the Royal Seylonian Navy. As the latest Questarian models were far too expensive, the Seylon Naval Yards designed a multipurpose destroyer that could be built on-budget for the RSN.
Design
The level of crew necessary was balanced against automation on purely a price level, and the Champion has provisions to carry marines to use the vessel's RHIBs on anti-piracy operations, which have been conducted on Seylon and neighbouring islands with increasing regularity in recent years. [OOC: It is the only ship sold by CNC to use only RL weaponry.]
Armament
The Champion is equipped with a plethora of all weapons, guns, missiles, and anti-submarine weapons, which makes it a true multipurpose destroyer; a jack of all trades, capable of doing anything for a low cost, which was its original design purpose.
Sensors
The Champion class has the capacity to engage air, surface, and subsurface targets with VLS, Harpoons, and helicopters, respectively. Despite lacking ultra modern sensors and missiles the Champion is still able to track and shoot down the most modern of aircraft with STIR-240, Smart-S, and SM-2/3
Airwing
The Champion can carry one medium HELO.
