The Principality of Belka and Strelka (Spanish: Principado de Belka y Estrelka), also referred to as Belka, is a moderate sized nation in Dun Eideann. Claimed to be a Principality, Belka and Strelka is de facto ruled by the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces while the Prince assumes a powerless ceremonial position in government.

The Principality is composed of two subnational entities, Belka and Strelka, while the nation's politics are basically dominated by the Belkans. The Strelkan Republic makes up about 10% of the Principality's territory and only about 5% of the population, which combined with the autocratic nature of the military government, gives the Strelkans little say in national matters.

Belka is known for its mild, temperate climate, and the medieval look of the country's major cities, many built hundreds of years ago. The nation takes after a proud Spanish heritage, and is known for its many Spanish cultural events, including the Running of the Bulls.
